Interview
there's the phone call, and then the OA was super easy, the 3rd stage interview was just him asking technical questions and doing a medium Leetcode exercise. I couldn't solve it but they reached out again to ask if i wanted to try out for their Java developer position.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Beaconfire (Toronto, ON) in June 2026
Interview
The interview process was for 90 minutes. It was quite rigorous and consisted of technical questions, coding round and system design round. I was a bit skeptical of attending (as they had a chain of clients which can cause payment delays) but still decided to give it a try. The interviewer seemed to have his own question set which covered just 30-40% of the JD.
