Bealls Merchandise Assistant interview questions

Started off in a room by myself taking a timed math test that I got to use a calculator on. Then had 4 different buyers enter the room to meet with me (1:1, 1:1, and 1:2), none of which actually had open positions at the time. These were just senior-level employees whose opinions were valued. Questions were pretty standard, did not feel extremely nervous or caught off guard.

had to speak to 3 different panels where I spoke to several different positioned employees in the company and take a math test that was fairly okay not too difficult but I suggest reviewing your addition, subtraction, division, multiplication, percents, and fraction ahead of time
