Bear Paddle Swim School interview questions

Reached out for in person interview, quick interview experience, I was immediately offered a position. All of their questions were simple and direct. I did have to wait in the lobby for awhile but the process was quick so it wasn't too bad.

30 minute logic test & informal interview. The interview was not too bad. Simple and straightforward questions were asked by the manager. I did have to sing a nursery rhyme or any child-like song to completion. I chose to sing Twinkle Twinkle Little Star. It was awkward, but I totally understand why. Super fun job too for high schoolers or college students. Pays well!
