Interview
Called me to set up an interview date. Asked about my interest/previous experience in beauty and if I was familiar with any products at the store. Asked "Why beauty collection?" and "How can you make a positive addition to our store?"
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Beauty Collection the (Van Nuys, CA) in Apr 2019
Interview
The interview process was one of the most unprofessional (lazy) I've ever experienced, mainly due to their recruiter. The recruiter communicated via text, and even sent pictures to be signed. Can one imaging having to print a PICTURE of a document from a phone, and fill out the document? It looked very untidy, of course, to say the least. All of the communication was done through text, and very disorganized.
The interview process with the company, on the other hand was quite simple. I took a test, easy to pass, the COO liked me, I talked to the CEO after.
I applied online. I interviewed at Beauty Collection the (Woodland Hills, CA) in Jan 2017
Interview
I was interviewing with the Director of the company, told me some things about the company, I didn't have a lot of questions because I had already done my research on the company.
