      I applied online. I interviewed at Beazley Group (London, England)

      Interview

      Standard assessment centre (group task with other attendees, individual interview, and short presentation - both of which were one to one). The Beazley host told candidates we’d hear back by the end of the following week. No communication by deadline they’d promised, nor after a polite follow-up email. Appreciate rejection is part of the process, but lack of basic closure was disappointing and disrespectful to candidates who have invested time, money, and effort into attending.
