Beckway interview questions

No formal process.... They were interviewing people when their timeline to hire didnt event exist or knew when when they wanted this person to start. This was highly annoying as I told them when I intially spoke to them timing was important and it needed to be soon or I couldnt/wouldnt leave my current firm.

1st round was highlevel about background. 2nd interview was with the Hiring Manager, very laid back and conversational. Overall Process took roughly 1 month and I personally had to reach out to get an update on status.
