Very inviting, thorough questions. The interviewers were very easy to communicate with and receptive to information. They care about the individual they are assisting by finding the right candidates for available positions.

Thoughtful questions and opportunities to ask questions not a panel less overwhelming. Willing to train and get a lot of experience, fairly transparent overall. On boarding was fairly large a lot to take in initially.

Very short 1.5 hous. They NEVER CHECKED references. That didn't matter to me because I know I am a quality employee but it was a red flag that they were desperate to hire people
