I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Bed Bath & Beyond (New Brunswick, NJ) in May 2016
Interview
Responsive to applications in a timely manner. Very clear in directions on where to go for interview. However did not provide any indication on how long the process would be. I ended up being there for three hours. Each interviewer had my schedule on who I would be speaking to however nobody briefed me on who I would be talking to. It was a little inconvenient because i was almost late for another interview. I did not appreciate this. I was sitting and waiting for each interviewer for an excessively long time. Also each interviewer asked the exact same questions.

Interview
The interview process was brutal. I was in a room for over about 4 hours and met with various people in different positions. Had to go back for more rounds of interviews, then a phone interview. It was months before I got hired.

The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Bed Bath & Beyond (Union, NJ) in June 2017
Interview
Sent my resume directly to contact at BB&B corporate. Who then forwarded my resume to HR. 2 weeks later I received an email from HR requesting a preliminary phone interview with an HR rep. By the end of the phone interview I was asked to come in for in person interviews for assistant buying openings in three departments. A week later I went in for those interview which I assumed would be three interviews but in fact were 6 thirty minute interviews. Which turned into 8 thirty minute interviews and then a debrief with HR at the end. I was there from 8:45am - 1:30pm. I was told I'd hear from HR with feedback by the end of the week. I didn't hear anything so I sent a follow up email that Monday. I received a phone call the following day with feedback and request to contact my references. Two days later I received a job offer over the phone and by Friday I accepted. From initial email sent with resume to accepting the offer the whole process took 32 days.

Interview
Spent the majority of my day there interviewing back to back with buyers in a little room with an hour break with lunch provided. I asked everyone what they could improve on and they said the software sucks. HR said they'll contact me the following week just to keep my updated but never heard from them.
