Had to fill out a form when I arrived with questions that had all the same info on my resume. Felt like the man interviewing didn't see me as more than just a number for their ratio

Resume and cover letter submission were followed by a brief in-person interview at the head office with the manager of school age staff. Letters of reference also required for the application.
