Beebe Healthcare interview questions

In-person interview with department manager. Was asked specific details regarding resume - asked to speak on behalf of resume. Also had time to engage in conversation with the manager who was open about the hospital and the structure of the department as well as unit culture and things to expect within the department. Was not rushed and felt valued. Felt that all my questions were answered.
