first i was contacted by HR over the phone - simple questions about motivation, provided more information about the job, then online interview with the hiring manager was scheduled in line with the comfortable schedule

included 3 calls: hr, functional head and chief officer. questions were from project management, data science and big data infrastructure. they gave me cases, asked several questions and asked to share my ideas regarding develoment

Interview
During the last stage of the interview process the head of the department told me, that the manager should not know about the technical details. I believe, if manager does, the company will get more benefits from it, especially in making the right decisions. I would prefer to work to people, who think out of the box and not based on templates. Quit disappointed, that such people work as managers or even as a head of departments.
