Beertown interview questions

They will ask where you see yourself in 5 years and let you know that they are looking for someone who sees themselves staying as a server long term, not many questions other than availability, etc because they put you through 6 weeks of training and 4 hours worth of tests before you can serve a table by yourself so they don’t need to screen much during the interview other than to know you won’t leave during the draining training process (no tips made until week 6 and 3 hour training shifts for those 6 weeks)

How would you handle a table that would like to be seated but it is currently very busy in the restaurant?
