Interview
I had a phone screening interview then a video call interview. Both interviews did not last longer than 30 minutes. They asked similar questions. Second interview asked more specific questions to scheduling, "what would you do if ___ was cancelling session?" etc.

How would you respond if a parent calls to change appointment times after the deadline?

Interview
You will be asked many questions about your experience in customer service. You will be asked if you are familiar with the use of certain applications such as Microsoft Teams. After that you will be asked about your organizational skills in terms of filings and deadlines.
