I applied online. I interviewed at Behavior Functions
Interview
Saw some negative reviews about Behavior Functions on Glassdoor. One said "Run from this place", so true. Applied online. Got a quick phone call from HR. Not very friendly, was very quick to make assumptions, picked apart my resume and background without allowing for any explanation or conversation. I tried to offer some friendly and positive explanations but responded in a reprimanding tone. However, wanted me to come in for interview. He mentioned that, Behavior Functions is not flexible with schedule or cases. You will be stuck with the same caseload for a very long time (could be a pro could be a con). Not very supportive. I asked about benefits, only mentioned discounts at national university other than that not much else. Unfriendly, toxic, and unwelcoming working environment. The HR person mentioned his own decisions were under scrutiny by his coworkers (BCBA's & Supervisors). Just a terrible, unpleasant place.
