I applied in-person. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Behavioral Innovations
Interview
Easy interview, they ask you basic interview questions and some behavioral questions. You interview with the manager of the company and then she shows you around the clinic. Received an offer the same day of the interview.

Question 1
If I had experience with kids on the autism spectrum.
Very welcoming and understanding. The interview was better than I thought because each individual made it comfortable to speak in a room full of three individuals looking at you. The interview process was really good and I was offered a job right after the interview through a phone call.
