I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Behavioral Innovations
Interview
Phone interview - I have actually completed 2 phone screenings with BI and both times decided I wasn’t interested in the position and declined to move any further. Hours for BCBA were 8am-6pm (10 hr work day, 5 days per week), recruiting phone call felt like a sales pitch No mention of the non-compete during the initial phone screenings which feels a little dishonest but hopefully is disclosed further through the process.

Question 1
N/A- initial screener phone call is more like a sales pitch and was about the company and why I should want to work there. No questions directed towards my experience.
