The interview was very easy, and quick. They let you shadow someone for about 20 minutes to see what the environment is like. Interviewer was nice. Didn't ask too many questions.

Interview
Phone interview initially. Lasted about 15 minutes and was very relaxed. They called right on time. I was able to speak freely about my experiences and what I could bring to the table, without feeling like I was needing to impress the interviewer.

What experience I had working with children with ASD
For the particular BI that I interviewed at, I was brought in and basically demonstrated what I knew about ABA and my ability to run targets. After demonstrating my knowledge, I was given an offer.
