Beijing Normal University interview questions

This school contacted me and asked me to create a demo 15 - 20-minute demo lesson. I created a 20 slide PPT and video and submitted it. Then they interviewed me. The interviewers were not even aware I had made a demo lesson at all. Days later, then they asked me to submit a list of documents, which I did. Then they told me they were going to send me a contract. So, I passed on two other job offers. While I waited they continued to interview other people and notified me they had chosen someone else. During this last part of the process, I had asked if I could speak to one of their western teachers. They were unable to honor this request.

I was interviewed by the head foreign teacher. We used Skype to talk 1 on 1 for the interview. I was accepted for the position two days later.
