The interview is in two stages
Paper-based test followed by a panel interview.
The written test is base on numerical and verbal reasoning with few abstract reasoning.
The interview panels consist of the PE manager, the HR manager, and the sub-surface manager.
Petroleum Engineering competency questions and general HR questions are asked.
The interview generally takes about 40 minutes
