Belk Associate interview questions

First, I scheduled a date and time that works out. Next, I met up with the hire manger and was interviewed for whatever position I applied for and talked about making sure I'm comfortable with the work/training they will have me do and the starting pay.

Brief interview with hiring manager and floor manager. Discussion concerning prior retail experience, areas of interest, why one wants to work at Belk, and availability/scheduling requests. Prior retail experience preferred but not required.
