      I interviewed at Belk

      Interview

A very messy interview process surprisingly. I initially met with a talent acquisition who stated a salary range of up to 90K, I was then led to meet another talent acquisition manager who said the highest was 85K. I decided to then not proceed with the process since the new salary range was too low for me. The same recruiter proceeded to message me on LinkedIn and via email which i was surprised since i already had stated that the range was too low-but she clearly wasn't paying much attention to who she was emailing. I decided to respond to her email, she then mentioned the role was up to 90K, so i proceeded to go through with the process. Very confusing for me but I then met with 3 other team members. After that, I followed up with the recruiter twice weeks laster to get a update and never heard back from her. A huge disappointment, but a true reflection on how the company operates. Just seemed a bit messy and i would have expected more follow through with a larger company.
