Very kind and casual experience. Just be honest and open about your expectations and listen to their expectations. They are open to train new people and get them into the retail sales environment.
The interview questions were very easy and the manager was very kind.
It took only 30 minutes from the start to finish and I was hired on the spot. My experience was pleasant and the process was smooth.

Interview
You fill out an application and meet with a local store manager/HR representative to discuss job responsibilities and qualifications. The manager then discusses the compensation, benefits, pay structure, and start date.
It was brief. I was asked about past work experience. I had already worked in retail before, so it wasn't anything new to me. The interviewer was very nice. I enjoyed meeting the person.
