I applied through university. I interviewed at Belk (Denver, CO) in Nov 2019
Interview
I felt that worth ethic was very important to them I feel that they are a good company and I felt that they really wanted to work with everyone to make sure they are used for the best of their ability
I was a referral and had a brief discussion with the manager and got the job relatively easily. I think getting this job was one of the easier jobs I was able to obtain. However, this was back in 2010.

Question 1
They asked me what my availability would be since it was around the holiday season.
One Interview with the department manager for a sales position. Super short, simple, and to the point.
I received the offer same down and then had to schedule onboarding with Human Resources.
It was your basic questions. Went fine. Nothing too detailed but it was for a base position at the holidays. They were looking for anyone dependable with a car basically.
