Had a phone interview with a recruiter, next day one with the manager, then I moved on and had to take 3 assessments. I thought I did fairly well, but obviously they based it off of the assessments and I didn’t get an offer. I sent them the results and had to email them to make sure they received them which by that point was a day and a half later and they said would hear soon which means I am not moving on. Almost a week later I got the phone call for the denial. The part that was frustrating is they explain the benefits in detail which to some is great but personally that’s a little to leading .
