I was contacted through email to complete a video interview. The process was pleasant, but awkward. I completely blanked on most questions as I'm incredibly nervous in front of a camera, and you only get one shot at it. From what I've researched I expected more soft skill questions, but it seemed more on the technical side. Not difficult questions, but as I said, my mind was a vast wasteland of useless information. Learn from my mistakes! They seem like a great company to work for, and even though I tanked the recruiter who requested I complete the video interview was very kind.
