BellRock Brands interview questions

Interview with the company was a mess, he showed up drunk to my interview that he schedules at a bar. Talked for two hours, was told that I would move onto the next steps. After two weeks of no communication I was told I didn’t get the job. Then a week later he calls me to interview again because the person they offered the role to couldn’t pass a background test. Then I interviewed with a marketing person, that went well. Was told I’d interview with the highest level of management. After another week of no communication I was told that the management wouldn’t interview me because he’s had a bad experience with people from my sales industry I currently worked in, saying that they never make it a year. I’ve been at my current role for over a year and a half, before this role 8.5 years. Absolutely strung along by a very disorganized company.

Two interviews, one phone and one over video chat lasting an hour. Great interviews that seemingly went well, friendly people. Video chat consisted of three other employees in different levels of the company. Company did not reply after interview.
