Terrible, disorganized interview process. Poor communication from the start from the recruiter all the way up through the hiring manager and beyond. The process took weeks longer than it should have, and timing for the position was completely miss-communicated. Lots of confusion and rescheduling, unclear information about who you're meeting with, what the job is about, and no clear information about next steps. The process really left a bad impression about the organization of the company and the department, the manager, and what you're walking into if you take the position.

Interview
Very formal and structured interview process with scripted questions read by the interviewer, not too personable. Interviews always in conference rooms or HR office, never able to see what the real work environment is like. Phone interview with HR then in person. Second interview with manager in person with scripted questions. Third interview with another manager.
