I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Bellomy Research (Winston-Salem, NC) in Apr 2020
Interview
Fairly casual interview process with a VP and director. Conversational get-to-know-you vibe. Professional and courteous, but not stodgy. Was asked basic questions about background and experience, business philosophies, etc. I got a real sense of the company culture and felt the interviewers were transparent and truthful about what to expect.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Bellomy Research (Winston-Salem, NC) in July 2020
Interview
The interviews took place over about a three week period and were progressively more challenging. In all, I had three interviews with each lasting an hour. It was very technical and very specific. I would highly recommend studying and preparing for the interview. There were no 'gotcha' questions, but it was challenging.
