I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Belmond (Santa Barbara, CA) in Jan 2015
Interview
First had an HR screening (I believe) and then met with the restaurant managers. Had to demo a few cocktails. Upon interview completion and hiring, I had to wait for employment until I could attend a 2 day long orientation with other new hires in which we learned about the Belmond group.
