The process of interview was very comfortable and staff was friendly. Interview was in two phases; first-interview then second- working interview. They look for your knowledge of dental insurance and your experience with tracker software.

Interview
The process involves two phases. First was the in-person interview which was easy. The second was a working interview. Although paid, it is a waste of time as you will work for 7 hours with no guarantee of the job. I had a feeling that they prefer a certain ethnic background which is sad. Overall experience was fine.
