Initial phone screening then face-to-face interview with three people (marketing, sales, and HR) a week later. They seemed unorganized and somewhat clueless as to what they expected from this position. The interviews went well, or so I thought. The HR person said they would follow up within two weeks. It has been over 6 months and I never heard anything back. I stopped following up for an update after a month of no responses.

Many, many steps, long periods between each step, HR phone screen was good/typical, meeting with the President right away but then President asked for another 1:1, then the owner, then several tests (not just 1), then the owner, then a 4 hr on-site, requiring me to travel to MI. When HR called asking for yet another meeting with the President I was O U T….if this is how decision-making goes no one could help them!!
