I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Benbria (Ottawa, ON) in July 2022
Interview
The interview had two stages. One with the C.E.O. Basically trying to get to know me. The second stage was with the team. They weren't prepared for the interview. All they had to say was how the company was struggling and how they aren't structured. Thanks for being honest but don't make a whole 1-hour interview about your struggles. Get to know me and know about my experience, achievements, and if I'm a good fit. It didn't even feel like an interview. They were just having fun. I never heard from them again. They need structure really.

Question 1
It's a 9-5 but can you work overtime? , what kind of work environment are you looking for? , we work as a team, are you able to take on other people's tasks if they are not available and it's not in your scope?
The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Benbria (Kanata, ON) in June 2015
Interview
First they asked to submit a solution for a pretty interesting NLP challenge. I enjoyed it.
Second, we met via skype for an hour of technical and general questions.
Third, they asked me to come for an hour and a half to meet different groups of people for 30 minutes each. There was no particular theme, organization or goal of each team. Most people had not prepared questions, it felt more like they were sending odd balls rather than systematically looking for a suitable candidate.
