Interview was very easy and quick. There were typical interview questions about past experience and why you would be a good fit in the position you were applying for. Nothing stood out as difficult or out of the ordinary.

I had one interview with the clinic director and the other office coordinator I'd be joining and was offered the job on the spot. They were very nice and the questions weren't too difficult.

I applied online and received an email from the recruiter the next day asking for additional information. I forwarded the information she was requesting and then I got an email with a link to do a video one-way interview. I replied back to the recruiter that I do not do one-way interviews because it does not give me a chance to ask questions. I said I would be glad to meet in person to which they declined.
