The interviewer was less informed about the area of work and could not understand the research area
The questions was repetative. there was no feedback during the interview process and they really don't look into your capabilities, but more into your motive. Perhaps the environment is not that exciting and the employees leave early?? for me, I think the interview process was not set perfectly.

Interview with on video. Interviewer was polite and straight forward. The role is meant for fresh PHD graduates. Was told my pay range was too high, postdoctoral level pay expected.
