To the point interview, asked direct questions about experience and goals. Did a walk through tour of the building and some of the machines that are used both CMM and CNC.

Got an email from HR to fill out a form for the position. 2 wks later set up an on site interview. Met with an HR as well as 3 engineers (2 hiring managers) on site for an interview and then tour. Took 2 hours, then they brought me to lunch. Next week toured another site. 4 weeks later got a job offer.

The interview process for Benchmark had numerous rounds.
1st round is with HR. They generally ask your background and your pay request
2nd round is with numerous managers including the hiring manager you would work for
Final round is with the General Manager.
HR called between rounds providing updates.
