Benchmark, Inc. interview questions

My experience was a phone screen, an in-person interview, and then a lunch meet and greet with a potential future colleague. I got to meet several people at the company because they did two panel interviews -- it was a little intimidating, but everyone was very friendly. I also enjoyed getting a tour of the building and receiving benefits information right up front.
