I honestly can't recommend this company. The first interview was great as was the recruiter.
Last week, I came in for my third interview. It honestly should have been a Zoom call. The person who was to have interviewed me was a no show so I interviewed with an outside and an Inside Sales Representative. There was absolutely no value in the interview.
Yesterday, I had a fourth interview and thought that I would get a job interview. The person who conducted the interview was late. He was not overly enthusiastic nor friendly. Having hired individuals in the past, I could tell that he didn't read my resume ahead of time nor seemed interested in conducting the interview.
If it's the fourth interview in the hiring process, why would you not ask well thought-out questions? "Tell me about yourself," is usually the first question you ask during the first interview.
I was truly excited about Benchmark but after the poorly conducted interviews, I hope that the owner sells the organization and it's run by friendlier, more professional individuals.
