Benchmark Wine Group interview questions

I was interviewed by HR and the Operations Manager. The interview went fairly quickly. Basically asked about your past work experiences and if you have any experience in hospitality or customer service. They gave me a tour of the facility and a business card of who to contact if i had any questions.

Very basic process. HR lady called me to schedule an interview about a week after submitting a resume. Interview was with the department manager and assistant manager (there's all of three people in the department so I'm not even sure why an assistant manager is necessary). Interview was pretty relaxed. I got a call back and offer about a week later.
