Interview
1st interview done by a supervisor? Asked the typical questions then set up for second interview via teams. I then was grilled for an hour with the same exact questions from first supervisor along with two others. At the closing of the call, one of the women let out an annoyed sigh (I suggest you learn Microsoft teams a little better for future interviews) left hanging until I emailed and was, of course- turned down. Not professional, seemed very clique type, definitely not what I would expect from this long standing company. Being in this field for 20 plus years, I am not fazed by this kind of unprofessionalism, but they should keep in mind that you can damage someone’s self esteem by “sighing” when you think they’re off the call. Kindness goes a long way, especially to those looking for employment.

I recently applied and interviewed for a Customer Service position at Benco. I was surprised at how quickly I received a call for an interview from when I applied. The interview was quick and the 3 people on the call were very nice. It seems like a really friendly place to work. I am hoping I get the job.
