Il processo è lungo e può durare anche 2 mesi. I recruiter sono disponibili e non scompaiono. L'impressione generale è che, anche se la posizione è sempre aperta sul loro sito, non stiano assumendo attivamente ma solo testando gente in attesa della persona che rientra nei loro criteri: questo comporta che spesso si arriva a fine processo ma si viene scartati con feedback un po' generici sulla propria performance.
I applied online and then they reached out to me after a dew days with email that i need to do a few tasks which include logic questions and at last design task. the question are to be answerd with camera and microphone on

I task sono impegnativi e richiedono fino a 1 settimana di lavoro ciascuno
They made me do a cover letter cv and 2 tasks and to do it you have to have the camara on and the microphone.
