I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Bending Spoons (London, England) in Aug 2025
Interview
I applied online and I was automatically sent a timed online test. They give you a couple of days to start the test, but you have limited amount of time once you start it, I think it was 30 minutes. It's a logic test, they give you various scenarios and most are multiple choice, but not all. After I submitted the test, thinking that I got maybe all or almost everything right, I was sent an email after about 1 day that I did not progress to the next phase, and nothing else. It's not the best because you don't really get to understand what happened and it does not really feel like you dealt with any person in the company, almost all just automated. I'm not really sure what happened, maybe the test was ok, or mostly ok but they did not feel I was a fit, but I think this is where the process is not great, you don't really get to understand if it was the test of the CV, and it's not like you get a chance to talk about your experience in any way. At least this how it went for me.

Question 1
automated logic test that I received after I submitted my application.
Online screening in a zoom call with a recruiter. With some questions asked about the job, some about strengths and previous experiences as well as a few questions about the company
There was a task round and then some interviews. The process tests a lot of logical reasoning and quick thinking. The interviews were mostly focused around soft skills and problem solving. If you like logic puzzles this process is pretty interesting.
Two rounds of several tasks, most of which were logic problems, some were programing. After I did two interviews, a both were half behavioral, the second half was logic based on the first one and system design on the second one.
