No personal interview, instead, they give you timed and proctored tasks. Very straightforward, lots of statistics questions and timed calculations. One part was timed technicals, involving probability and answering true/false questions, the other part was about personality fit and 1-5 based on true / not true about you.

Question 1
Probability and statistics! Brush up on A or B, A & B, combined probabilities, etc.
Initial screening passed and you are sent some task assignments (numerical, multiple choice..). They make you do it to see how you approach problems, took me about an hour (if more) to complete everything.

Interview
The selection process is quite long (around two months in my case), as you’re required to complete several sets of tasks, and only if you pass them you move forward to the interview stage. I completed and passed three sets of tasks (logic, calculation, probability, and job-related cases) and then had an interview with two Spooners (not HR). During the interview, I had to solve three more logic tasks. I was rejected after this step.
Even though the process takes time, I found it very stimulating and fun.
