I applied online. The process took 7 weeks. I interviewed at Bending Spoons in July 2020
Interview
The overall process is pretty long and it took about 2 months for me, it’s divided in the following steps:
1) CV and cover letter
2) logical thinking exercises that aren’t always related to your field of study
3) first interview with a recruiter where you just introduce yourself
4) more logical thinking exercises just like step 2
5) second interview with an engineer where you mostly talk about yourself and a couple of logical thinking exercises
6) standardized logical test
You could get out at any of these steps and getting to the last one doesn’t assure you to get an offer.
The overall process took me about 20-25 hours, leading me up to the last step, but I didn’t get an offer.
The interviews are mainly focused on getting to know you and understanding your behavior under certain circumstances and how you would act in those.

Interview
Before starting the interview process, I got contacted by their Recruiting Team and got assigned a personal recruiter which helped me and answered my questions throughout the process.
In the first part of the interview I was asked logic and reading comprehension questions. The questions were unique and made you think.
After passing the first part of the interview, I got asked two coding questions, and then a personality assessment question.
I unfortunately didn't pass the second part, but the whole process while a bit hard, was really unique and teaching. My personal recruiter was always checking up on me and helped me whenever I had a problem.
Overall my experience was great. After this interview process, I'm sure that Bending Spoons would be a great company to work at.
The interview process was exactly as described on their website. A couple of logical tests and then job related interviews. They were quite time consuming and require 1h+ for each
