Interview
The interview process was really indicative of what this company is all about: challenging, unique, perfectly thought out, and intensely human. Unlike other places where your application disappears into the ether, the recruiter from Bending Spoons responded almost immediately, and continued to be helpful and available during the entire process.
For me, the interview process involved a few "levels". Level 1 was a review of my CV and cover letter to see if I met the basic experience/culture requirements for the job. Level 2 was a problem set of seven questions, some logic puzzles, some business cases. They needed to be completed within a certain time period and (I was told) were meant to evaluate my problem solving skills. Level 3 was another problem set, this time strictly longer form business cases. After that, the final Level was two interviews, one with the recruiter and one with a randomly selected Spooner where I was asked pre-written questions. After that, there was a panel deliberation, and I was given an offer.

Interview
The interview process was certainly not the easiest. However, the overall experience was very positive. Throughout the process, there was consistent support from a dedicated candidate support manager who handled communications efficiently. The interviewers were friendly and approachable, and the questions felt fair and well-aligned with both the role and the company culture. While demanding, the process is absolutely worth the effort for driven and dedicated individuals who are motivated to make a meaningful impact.
A series of tasks you have to do (a mix of numerical/reasoning, position-specific, and work style/professional goals), which might be challenging but I found to be quite fun, and a fair way to assess candidates' potential and talent, rather than traditional assessments. This was followed by two interviews, one with the talent team where I did another task (Think-aloud style), and the last one with team lead + talent. I overall enjoyed the process.
It was long, but the talent team was very quick and responsive throughout the whole process whenever I had a question or needed help.
