I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Bending Spoons in Dec 2021
Interview
I applied online and then one of the HR wrote me describing the process and explaining the steps which consists of a very long tests before the interviews ( around 7 hours on two sets), and they sent a link for the first set of tests.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Tests is uncorrelated to the position and made me instantly uninterested and decided not to proceed with them. The test questions are totally unfamiliar to anyone and has no benefits.
I see multinational companies with much more realistic interviews and they test candidates with what they used to do and will do at their new position.
I am still on 3rd stage, I have cleared 2 assessments. I dont know what to expect from the interview or how many more stages there are but from what I have heard , I guess atleast 2-3 interviews
Online screening in a zoom call with a recruiter. With some questions asked about the job, some about strengths and previous experiences as well as a few questions about the company
There was a task round and then some interviews. The process tests a lot of logical reasoning and quick thinking. The interviews were mostly focused around soft skills and problem solving. If you like logic puzzles this process is pretty interesting.
