Interview
The process was straight forward. Simple to follow and understand. With timely feedback provided (automated and via a dedicated recruiting officer).
First was submission of CVs and Cover letters
Then after scaling through, an invite to take part in some online test.
The next stage would have been the online interview with a HR representative (though didn't make it to this stage)
Competition was healthy and in my opinion this would have been a lovely place for me to work in, especially the software engineering (on-site) the environment was just too lovely not to be a inspiring.

First the resume screening, then online logical assessment done via their website. All accompanied with their recruiting manager's communications. Very transparent, quick and open process. Following rounds are problem solving/behavioural.

Question 1
Reasoning test included sections to assess numerical and logical capabilities as well as reading with comprehension. The end section included behavioural questions.

Interview
- First screening based on cv and motivation letter
- First batch of tests (logic/problem solving/comprehension/attitudinal, ~4.5h in total)
- Second batch of tests ~1h + 20 min Alva test + 10 min personality test
- First round of interviews, attitudinal and motivational questions
- Second round of interviews, two logic problems to solve live
- Third round of interviews, much like the first one
At the end, I had to provide two contacts to recommend me which were then called by the recruiter, and then I had a final informal interview with the head of my future function to explain what the position consisted in.
