Interview
Once your CV is accepted after the initial screening process, you are sent the link to the interview questions which you are to answer in your own time but the individual question is timed and can't be stopped once started. Once you are done answering all the questions, your answers are sent to the team who grade them on some grading system and respond if you passed and go to the next stage.

Question 1
I can't detail questions because I am not meant to but there are logical and behavioral questions with one question based on practical knowledge of the role.
The questions are quite funny reading leisurely but don't really express your skill for the role much. It's more like a scheme to just reduce the number of people being considered not really testing if you can do the job.

The different stages were enjoyable to perform, but my lack of focus during the majority of them ultimately decreased my interest in the company and its goals. So apply, but be prepared for a gruesome and slow wait between each stage.

The question was about my approach to problem-solving, rather than a specific technical skill. It was a situational question designed to see how I think under pressure. They wanted to understand my thought process and how I would tackle a complex challenge from multiple angles.

Overall, very good experience, although I failed the logic interview in a non-easy environment.
In fact, I was given some logic problems in English, and asked to think out loud in Italian, it might not seem like a huge problem but it has a toll on the reasoning.

Interview
Took 6/7 weeks for a response after applying. Applied to two roles. No response for second role.
Asked to do 7 tests of about 5 hours work (time limit, time taken not tested), have 10 days to do it in total:
- 2 logic tests, 30 mins each
- 3 coding challenges, 30 mins each
- 2 larger project tasks, 1.5hours each
Assigned a personal contact in the company. Did not respond to my queries. Did not waste more time on this application with tests.
Process familiar to companies that do not care about you and are only looking for people who work and think in a certain way.
