I applied online. I interviewed at Bending Spoons in Aug 2022
Interview
I got a set of unrelated to my field questions, and I didn't get a chance to showcase my tech/personal skills. This is a very badly organized recruitment stage, which filters out many talented people.
I am still on 3rd stage, I have cleared 2 assessments. I dont know what to expect from the interview or how many more stages there are but from what I have heard , I guess atleast 2-3 interviews
Online screening in a zoom call with a recruiter. With some questions asked about the job, some about strengths and previous experiences as well as a few questions about the company
There was a task round and then some interviews. The process tests a lot of logical reasoning and quick thinking. The interviews were mostly focused around soft skills and problem solving. If you like logic puzzles this process is pretty interesting.
