I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Bending Spoons (London, England) in Jan 2023
Interview
There were multiple rounds of online tests, followed by 4 rounds of interviews. The process was long, however, the recruiter stayed engaged with me throughout the entire time. The interviewers were all very friendly. The focus of the interviews and the type of questions felt quite refreshing compared to other interview processes I've been through and they allowed me to fully showcase myself.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
There were some technical knowledge questions (e.g.: What are the typical steps to undertake when creating a project from scratch, until it's safely deployed in Production?), and also behavioral/personality questions (e.g.: tell me about project X you listed in your CV. Are you detail-oriented? etc.)
I am still on 3rd stage, I have cleared 2 assessments. I dont know what to expect from the interview or how many more stages there are but from what I have heard , I guess atleast 2-3 interviews
Online screening in a zoom call with a recruiter. With some questions asked about the job, some about strengths and previous experiences as well as a few questions about the company
There was a task round and then some interviews. The process tests a lot of logical reasoning and quick thinking. The interviews were mostly focused around soft skills and problem solving. If you like logic puzzles this process is pretty interesting.
