A quite long prospected interview process made by an initial online test, not in line with the proposed role. I was not able to finish it because it was not in line with my skills.

Question 1
I was not able to get the interview directly because I had to attend an initial online test.
I found the recruitment process quite unusual, as I had to sign an NDA before even starting the recruitment process – this was the first company I’ve encountered with such a requirement. It felt a bit strange, especially given that it was before any real engagement with the company or recruiter. Additionally, before having a conversation with a recruiter, candidates are required to complete a set of test tasks that take around 10 hours to complete. After investing such significant time, the only feedback you might receive is a standard rejection email, without any actual conversation or constructive feedback.
I believe this process might be more suitable for interns or recent graduates, but for candidates with experience, it feels a bit impersonal and somewhat disrespectful to the time and effort invested. A more balanced approach, where there’s direct communication with a recruiter either before or after the test, would be appreciated for more experienced professionals.

Question 1
I was rejected after tests without being invited to an interview, and the only feedback was a standard rejection email.
Additionally, no detailed results or correct answers were provided for the test, making it impossible to understand what went wrong or how to improve.
The whole selection process includes pre selection tests needing time for their completion. However, from the beginning, their HR team is very kind and focused on the candidate’s experience. Didn’t complete the process to the last step but I felt very respected from them. Good luck
